I'm bad at Blogging!

As my Mom so graciously pointed out I "need to do more with that website". I am sorry. I want to do more...but where shall I find the time?

Eli and I spent 6 days in "Consin" with my parents. We had a great time! It was a great visit! I got to help my Mom and Dad a little with their house. They are preparing to sell it, and move here! Eli had a GREAT time with Gramma and Grumpa. He played with the playhouse out back, which Grumpa nicknamed "Eli's Playhouse", and Eli loved it! We just hung out the whole week. I got to visit with my Bestie, Mandy, and that was nice!

Then we came home, and I got sick. For a whole day. Yuck. I got back to work, and took a two day PALS course, and passed! Woohoo! Just another cert I can add to my resume. You never know.
Eli is learning and growing so much. I am so afraid of missing something with him! We tried potty training and using pull-ups. That was a No Go. He just doesn't want to, nor does he get it. But it's ok, he's only 2 and half.
He knows a lot of his letters, most numbers, he knows his colors, shapes, animals, and he is loving Disney characters! We are planning a Disney vacation in October, and we tell him about it alot, hoping he won't be too afraid of the characters. I know he'll still be scared though. I can't wait for my next vacay!
Chad is working a lot!! He gets his 40 hours in at Kroger, and sometimes he gets to Ump a baseball game too. He really enjoys that. Especially because the more he works, the less I ask him to do!

We've been having a really good summer as a family. I love time off with the boys!!
Hopefully I'll get some more pics up on the site soon. I have a ton on my camera ,but for some reason, when I try to download them onto the computer, they get messed up? I'm not sure what that is about! Any ideas? Let me know!

SOOOO busy!

Hey, long time! Well, like May usually is, it has been a very busy month!
We got to visit with Gramma and Grumpa a lot, and Eli really enjoyed that! We spent some time at the track and Eli LOVES Racecars! He had a great time, loved the noise, and even took a nap! He even spent a rainy Carb day out there, and had the best time ever! Mom and Dad got to go to the race (thanks gramma and grumpa!!) We had the best time, and got some sun and got to watch a fun and exciting race!
Eli has lots of friends in the neighborhood, so we've been playing outside a lot! Eli's Vocabulary is expanding greatly! I've never heard a 2 year old say some of the words he says, but he just picks things up and runs with them. Today he was upset because we didn't make it to "Al-Mart". He knows where and what Wal-Mart is, and was mad we didn't get there.
In true little boy fashion, he has banged up knees. He fell 3 times today, alone. He fell once yesterday, once the day before..... etc. You know how little boys are. He doesn't have a slow button...it's all or nothing!
We don't have anything big coming up. Mommy and Eli might visit Wisconsin next weekend. Hee hee....I have a long weekend, and I want to RELAX and do something!!! I also have a week vacation in July, but no plans yet! I have a couple things in mind tho!
On a different note....the Kring Family now belongs to the YMCA! Chad has gone a few times, and I have gone almost every day. We WILL be healthy! I get to to work out most mornings with Miera, and I love having a workout partner. It makes it easier when someone else goes. Eli has taken some time to adjust to their Childwatch, but he's getting to like it a little. Hopefully Eli and I will start swimming soon, so that will be fun for him!

I don't have any pictures to put up today ( I'm at work...shhhh!), but I hope to update again soon!

Long time no see....

And that's about all I have to say about that. Sorry, I've been working, and enjoyin my boys! But, I did have to make an update, because I've got fun things to talk about.

Well, It has been awhile! It's been a busy month. Chad started back to work (yay!), and we've had lots of happiness and sadness goin on.

I can't help but to keep remembering about 3 years ago, when I didn't even know then what was about to happen. My life was so different.

Back then I worked overtime, but not crazy overtime. We picked up and went wherever we wanted whenever we wanted. My fears and worries were so different!! What a difference 3 years makes. Now I have this:

And who couldn't love that? I love him to pieces! Chad has been gone this weekend, and Eli and I have gotten to know each other more. Wow. 2-year-olds are tiring! Goodness! But, this experience hasn't made my want for another any different. I hope soon, to give Eli a brother or sister. (Chad hopes so too.)

I'm not sure where this is going really, I just wanted to put on here how much I love my little guy, and can't wait to have more. Even if they won't be 'just like him'.
Eli got mail today! Grama and Grumpa sent him a chair! It came in pieces and parts, and once we got it together, it looked a little something like this:

I'll write more later. I'm pooped, and I would hate to waste any time I can sleep! Eli will be up bright and early!

Long time...

OK, updating daily was a big idea for me. Now I'm gonna try for a few times a week. Things got a little hectic for us this week! Chaddy started back to work (Yayyyy!!!) and Gramma and Grupa came to town! Plus, I have been working days all week, which is really nice, but I go back to nights tomorrow.

We did some shopping with my Mom, and we had a great time at the Mall! Eli was GREAT! We stopped at the candy store to get some mini m&m's and those helped a lot.

Eli got to play on some of the little rides in the mall and he had a great time!

He is getting sooo big, and talking so much! He knows all the seven dwarfs, he knows lots of characters, and he loves repeating anything and everything! We watched Alvin and the Chipmunks tonight, and he loved it! He cried when it was over, so that may be the first movie we watch over and over again. I'll keep you updated!

This picture is from tonight! Eli got Chad's slippers and walked all over in them. He was so careful, and he bent over to put the slipper on. It was very cute.

Stinky Internet

We've been trying to get on the Internet for an update, but...alas, Comcast is not good news. Grrr. Chad's been busy with The Boy, as we call him, and I have been working days! Dayshift has been short, and I really try to do my part at work. My body likes days....But I can't adjust to getting up at 5 am! And, I just didn't get up this morning! 3 mornings in a row and a lot of benedryl before bed makes Sara late to work!



Things are great! Eli has discovered putting more than 2 words together every once in awhile! He's real concerned about possessions. ie. Daddy's, Mommy's, E-i's ball, E-i's people. He has gotten much better at saying please, and it is really cute! Today he finally said Thank you, of course nothing is that clear yet! But he's trying and that is great!

HAPPY EASTER!!

Well today was quite a fun day! Eli got up and we went to see what the Easter Bunny brought him! He loved it! Here is one pic from this morning!

After Mommy got a good nap in, we all got ready, and went to celebrate at Aunt Mi's House! Lots of family were there, and we had a Great time! We had an egg toss, which was fun, but the eggs wouldn't break. Then we played baseball with Hard Boiled eggs! It got chilly after that, so we went in to play games and watch old home movies. Eli is hyped up on Sugar, and getting a little cranky, but we wanted to wish Grandma and Grandpa a very Happy Easter!

Wouldn't be the same with a 'cheese' grin from Eli! And Don't worry, Gramma, Eli got an ENTIRE bag of M&M's from the Easter Bunny!!
